Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!* If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a replacement or a full refund for the price of the product, less shipping charges.
*For copyright and security reasons, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange if the backing and/or label on the picture frame or mat is altered or removed. We cannot issue a refund or exchange on any custom orders. Any item being returned must be in its original, undamaged condition or we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
To return your item(s) please contact our support team for a Return Authorization Number and pack your item(s) in the original shipping box with the original shipping materials.
Receipt of Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, and you notice this before signing the receipt, you can "Refuse Receipt" directly from the delivery person and contact the freight carrier to report the damaged package. After informing the carrier, please contact us and we will work with you to get a settlement from the carrier so your order can be replaced as quickly as possible. Please retain the original package and all packing materials to help expedite the return.

International Shipments
We will not be able to offer a return policy for packages shipped internationally. Please verify you are ordering the correct item during the checkout process. If your package arrives damaged, please contact your local carrier for a resolution.
