Artwork
How would you describe your Artwork?
LuckyDog Poker Art is proud to offer real poker art for real poker players. Our images are unique and utilize intensive, time-tested methods originated by the 20th century masters of photography to create a new, contemporary look that complements the world of poker.

The quality is amazing. How did you achieve this?
Thank you for noticing. We take enormous pride in the quality of our work and worked tirelessly to perfect the look before we were satisfied. We are confident the quality is superb and far superior to what other companies dare to offer. We create all of our original artwork by hand and we never import anything. Our standards are high and we deliver only the finest quality imaginable.

How do I care for the artwork?
Great question. We build our artwork around the "archival" process to help insure your artwork looks as good as the day you purchased it. The artwork is printed on Photographic Resin Paper (RC Paper) and is very delicate. Handle with care to avoid fingerprints, scratches and creases. Do not hang the art in direct sunlight and use proper cleaners for the frame and plexiglass.

Do you offer the artwork without a frame or mat?

Yes. All of our artwork is available without a frame. For the ultimate display, you also have the option to choose a professional, high-quality, custom wood frame to showcase the artwork. Each frame has been carefully selected from an artistic standpoint to complement the tone of the artwork and mat. The frame not only protects the artwork but the dramatic display creates a remarkable impression.

How soon will I receive my artwork?
We typically have our selection of poker art and box sets in stock and usually ship them out within 48 hours. We understand your excitement and do everything we can to get your artwork to your door safely and as soon as possible.

Limited Editions
How would you describe your Limited Editions?
Our Limited Editions are stunning gallery-quality photographic prints using the craft of traditional fine art photography and advanced imaging technologies. Each image is meticulously printed on Crystal Archive® photographic paper, creating a rich density worthy of display. The artist, Julie Greenwood, signs and numbers the mat of each Limited Edition photograph, further adding to the collectibility.

How many prints are in a Limited Edition series?
We are limiting the edition series to only 250 prints per image. Because of the low number, the collectibility factor increases.

How long will it take for a Limited Edition to arrive?
Our gorgeous Limited Editions are assembled with care and detail. Once the artist signs and numbers the print and archival mat, the image is carefully encased in our premium, custom wood frame. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. The short wait is well rewarded with the beautiful product.

Shipping
What kind of shipping options do I have?
By default, we provide ground shipping from either FedEx or the United States Post Office to provide the most reliable and affordable shipping method. We also provide additional options with DHL and other carriers for your convenience.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. We will gladly refund or exchange your purchase within 14 days, as described in more detail in our Return Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Although there are a few more details involved with international shipping, our goal is to make it easy for you to enjoy The Art of the Game. You will be responsible for all duties and appropriate taxes, however, we have tried to streamline the process to insure your artwork arrives safely using various carrier representatives to help expedite the process. We are currently shipping only to select countries worldwide. Please see our International Shipping page for more information.

How much does it cost to ship the artwork?

The Art Collections
I love your artwork. Do you have more?
Thank you for the kind words. We know poker players love our artwork and can't wait to see more. We do have plans to release more artwork in the future at different intervals. Please check back often or join our mailing list to be the first to know when new artwork becomes available. Prior to being involved with LuckyDog Poker Art, Julie Greenwood created other casino-related artwork and a variety of other quality images. Take a look.

Who is the artist?
Julie Greenwood is the Photographer and Michael Greenwood is the Creative Director. Together, they collaborate on the designs and compositions for each image. Most of the credit, however, should go to Julie and her amazing skills as a photographer. She is able to paint with light and create beautiful images utilizing time-honored techniques of the 20th century masters. She continues to support the beauty of film, the nuances of the darkroom and the perfection of hand-toning.

Do you offer any artwork in black and white?
Not at the moment, but we may offer museum-quality black and white (B&W) images at a later time. Until then, we will consider special requests and commissions if you are looking for a one-of-a-kind image or composition. Please contact Julie Greenwood for more information.

Okay, so who's the one who plays poker?
Michael Greenwood is the one who plays poker and it is his passion for the game that contributes greatly to the look of our poker art. Michael started playing poker with his friends in Los Angeles and has been playing ever since. All of his friends continue to play poker and one even co-runs the website, FlopTurnRiver.com (notice our artwork used throughout their poker strategy website.) You can also find Michael frequenting the forums on HomePokerTourney.com, a wonderful home poker site with information on how to build your own table or run your own games. Good bunch of people too.

Specials
What are your monthly specials?
LuckyDog Poker Art is pleased to offer a variety of ways to save you money. We will, on occasion, have monthly specials on select works of art, multiple order discounts and holiday specials. We try to find creative ways to help you start your art collection so if you see a special, jump at the opportunity before it disappears.

Do you have any discounts for multiple items?
Each image in our box set was carefully selected to complement one another. We tried to imagine each collection displayed together and, I am sure you will agree, the display would be impressive. Although we have taken great care in selecting specific prints to include in our box sets, we understand you may prefer one print over another. We will happily accommodate your request, but we ask that you contact us by phone so we may customize your order (at no additional charge.)

Do you have any special discounts on shipping?
Yes we do. All of our Limited Edition orders come with free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Additionally, we also offer an incredibly low price of $5.00 for all orders shipping to the same address within the contiguous 48 United States of America.
